Engine Service
Kelvin Diesels Service Department is manned by a team of experienced engineers who in the event of an engine failure have the necessary skills to carry out fast and efficient onboard engine repairs with rapid turnaround time. Engineers are also available to meet with customers’ programmed routine maintenance and major overhaul requirements.
Kelvin engineers can carry out complete engine overhaul onboard the vessel. This practice minimises removal of engine components for onshore servicing and thereby reduces engine overhaul and vessel down-time to a minimum.
Kelvin engineers are available to customers on a world-wide basis.

Engine Parts
Kelvin Diesels have experienced sales engineers available to offer customers comprehensive assistance with their spare parts requirements, starting with quotation through to delivery. All supported by customised computer programmes for our ordering and recording processes.
Our response times are monitored daily with a view to achieving the quickest possible execution of customers’ spare parts orders.
Our spare parts are available for all Kelvin TASC and TBSC range engines ie both 6 and 8 cylinder, with a large stock of parts available off-the-shelf for immediate delivery worldwide.

Oil and Fuel Pump Service Centre
At Kelvin Diesels we also have a Dedicated Service Centre and team of experts for Oil & Fuel Pump Testing. Our engineers are able to carry out testing onsite and provide detailed reporting on all of our own branded engines, as well as most others Marine Propulsion or Diesel Engine Suppliers.

All components supplied by Kelvin Diesels are controlled by a rigorous Quality Assurance process, which is approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to ISO 9001:2015. Consequently our engines continue to meet the requirements of all the major classification societies.
